A useful overview of Holyrood Park(which includes Arthurs Seat asits main feature) covering its history,geology and geography, its religious,royal, and military connections and its current day usage. The park is a very picturresque area but some of the pictures in the book are of such poor quality as to destroy the parks beauty.(some ofthe pictures appear to have been taken with a brown filter) The map is adequate.
